Ingredients
• 2 packages of Bisbox biscuits
• 200 grams of butter
• 200 grams of sugar
• 300 grams of cream cheese
• 1 glass of milk
• 2 teaspoons of gelatin powder
• 2 teaspoons of tea powder
• 250 grams of melted chocolate
Preparation method:
- Crush two packages of Bisbox Chocolate Biscuits in a mixer. For this, you can put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- Melt the butter and mix it thoroughly with the biscuit powder.
- •To make cheesecake, belt molds that can be closed and opened are more suitable.
- Pour the mixture of butter and biscuit powder on the bottom of the mold and beat until the dough is smooth.
- Mix cream cheese with melted chocolate.
- Add sugar to this mixture and mix well with a mixer.
- Heat a glass of milk and dissolve gelatin powder in it.
- Add milk and gelatin to the ingredients and stir.
- Pour the ingredients into the mold.
- Place the mold in the freezer for 4 hours until it hardens completely.
After removing the cheesecake from the freezer, keep it in the refrigerator.
You can decorate the top of the cheesecake with biscuits as you wish.
